This three-day training is focused on improving basic the trial skills of young/new(ish) prosecutors. Students will receive a fact pattern and work their way through the case from jury selection to closing arguments. The training will include lectures from faculty and plenty of workshop time for students to try out new techniques. Ideal for newer prosecutors with minimal trial experience. Participants will be required to attend and complete all portions of the course in order to receive CLE credit. NO partial CLE credit will be given. There is no charge for this training, but it is limited to the first 42 that register. Registration deadline is July 28th but it will likely fill up before then – so register soon!
