Our vendor area is located in an enclosed room where the refreshments and continental breakfast is located, and we also have vendor tables that line the corridor outside the classrooms and ballroom. Both of these areas have high foot traffic and the vendor you represent will definitely be seen. Vendors are welcome to set-up the night before the kickoff of the conference, on Tuesday, February 22nd, from 4pm to 6pm at the vendor area located on the second floor across from the ballroom. Check-in will also be available on Wednesday, February 23rd from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Opening ceremonies for our attendees will begin immediately following check-in times.

Our vendors typically depart Thursday evening, as Friday morning is reserved for the attendees to receive their state mandated training and for our raffle to take place. 2022 Final Agenda
