This course is for all levels of supervision, new or current supervisors assigned to a task Force or drug unit. Supervisors will be taught using classroom instruction and tabletop exercises. Topics covered: What it takes to supervise a task force, results of poor or lacking supervision, leadership development, types of supervision, common mistakes of new supervisors, DISK Personnel Profile, discipline issues, integrity and ethics, identifying the drug trend for your area, developing task force policy/SOP, task force operations, confidential informant program, managing Physical surveillance operations, search warrant execution, task force inspection/audit process, undercover safety, civil liability, and operational plans.
