Save A Cop Consulting LLC is working with IDEA to offer Save A Cop Firearm Liaison Training For Road officers. This training was developed, and implemented, to use available resources to investigate firearm related crime, especially on initial investigations. Crime involving firearms has risen sharply over the years and the available resources to investigate them must be utilized to their fullest potential. Students attending this 2-day class will walk away with the knowledge to conduct initial firearm investigations. Students will receive training in crime scene management, processing evidence for DNA and Latent Pronts, photography and documenting crime scenes, court testimony, and laws pertaining to firearms in the state of Indiana.
